Please be advised that the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin has approved a water rate increase for the City of Fox Lake Water Utility effective December 27, 2023 of 8% as follows:

-The annual charge for public fire protection to the City of Fox Lake shall be $150,540

-Monthly service charges as follows:

                -5/8 meter $10.80                           -3/4 inch meter $10.80                 -1 inch meter $16.20

                -1 ¼ inch meter $ 21.60                 -1 ½ inch meter $27.00                 -2 inch meter $41.04

                -3 inch meter $66.96                      -4 inch meter $101.52                   -6 inch meter $179.28

                -8 inch meter $272.16                   -10 inch meter $393.12                 -12 inch meter $514.08

-Plus volume charges:

                -first 10,000 cubic feet used each month $3.46 per 100 cubic feet

                -over 10,000 cubic feet used each month $1.78 per 100 cubic feet
